Kathleen Baker has Crohn&#8217;s Disease, but she is COMPETING IN THE OLYMPICS!!!! She&#8217;s officially my new hero&#8230; Some days may be pure torture, but this disease does not have to limit\u00a0your dreams. Living with chronic illness may mean taking a new route, but you can still make it to the finish line.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Now you know who I will be supporting\u00a0at the Rio Olympics.
